These are the Terms & Conditions that apply to TIMELESS INSPIRED IN LEADERSHIP & ENTERPRISE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM (the “TILE”) clients that attend the Program produced and presented by Timeless Women of Wonder, organization ( TWOW), a subsidiary of Timeless Dynamic Services Ltd
Payments: All Fellows on the Program must select a payment plan that suits them. Once payment has been received, an email confirmation and a receipt/ invoice will be sent to the billing email address provided. Payment will be deemed complete when the full payment amount has been made.
Discounted One off offer: The discounted one off payment discounted offer only applies when payment is made in full at one go immediately. If there is a delay in completing the discounted offer ( more than 24 hours ) , the Payment cost will revert to normal payment installment plans at the cost indicated on the TILE registration page. http://twile.twowafrica.com/register/
Cancellation Policy:
Once a Fellow has registered on the program, program resources will begin to be allocated to the Fellow. A Fellow can cancel their participation in the program at their discretion. The program team and faculty will do their best to support the Fellow to address any concerns they may have if the cancellation arises from a concern related to the program.
Refund Policy
All payments made are non-refundable.
Learning and Engagement: The Program is committed to empowering and supporting leaders to unlock their full potential and become agents of change in their respective areas of influence., We have a highly experienced and globally exposed faculty who will engage with Fellows on the program to equip them to unlock their leadership potential. The Faculty, Program team and Mentors do their best to support Fellows with their wisdom, knowledge, insights and experience. The Fellows are at liberty to apply the information, insights and guidelines at their discretion in the way they feel suits them best. TWOW will use the Fellows names, Profiles and photos in their program materials, marketing as well as for promoting opportunities for the Fellows as may present themselves after the completion of the program. TWOW may audio and/or video tape the participants sessions and interactions and the recording may be reproduced and sold as part of the overall program materials.
Data Protection: By submitting registration details, Fellows agree to allow TWOW to contact them regarding their services. Fellows who do not wish to receive such communications please contact TWOW via twile@twowafrica.com and twileafrica@gmail.com.
Websites & Links: The TILE Program and associated TWOW websites may link to other websites and networking tools provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which TWOW takes no responsibility. Neither can responsibility be taken for the contents of any website linking to this website.
Insurance: It is the responsibility of the Fellow to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance to the program. TWOW cannot be held liable for any health issues, any loss, liability or damage to personal property during attendance of the program.
Photographs, Publicity Material, Radio and Television and Print Media: TWOW reserves the sole right to use any photographs, recordings, electronic images or publicity material received by or obtained by TWOW in the course of the program, for whatever use deemed proper by TWOW. TWOW has the exclusive right to include photographic, video and other visual portrayals of Fellows, Sponsors, Mentors, Faculty and the program teams including its contents, in any pictorial medium of any nature whatsoever for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity and otherwise, without compensation to to the participants of the program, Sponsor or partners, and all rights titled and interest bearing (including all worldwide copyrights therein) will be TWOW's sole property, free of any claims of the said participants or Sponsor or any persons deriving any rights or interest from the Attendee, partners or Sponsor.
Meeting / Venue guidelines : Fellows agree that they will not, nor will their employees or representatives conduct any type of function in the Facility or any participating venue's meeting rooms, public areas, hospitality suites or suites for the duration of the program without the prior written consent of TWOW.
Visa Requirements / Invitation Letter: It is the attendee’s sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements to attend any formal and physical aspects of the program. If you require an entry visa, you must allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure. Your registration details might be shared with the immigration authorities to assist in the immigration process. However, TWOW will not contact embassies and consulates on your behalf. To receive an invitation letter for any physical meetings during the program, you must be a fully paid and registered Fellow. Credentials: TILE-issued credentials are the sole property of the TWOW- TILE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM and must be surrendered upon demand to TWOW representatives. TILE-issued credentials must be prominently displayed while at the designated off-site / online activities. False certification of an individual as a Fellow or representative, misuse of an Fellows badge, or any other method or device used to assist unauthorised personnel to gain admittance to the Program attendance, processes and/or activities, will be just cause for expelling the Fellow from the program and/or banning them from future engagement with TWOW activities. This would also warrant the removal of the Fellow from the program groups and online / physical resources without obligation on the part of TWOW for refund of any fees. The Fellow, his/her employees and agents, and anyone claiming to be in the program through the Fellow, waives any rights or claims for damages arising out of the enforcement of this rule.
Admittance: In its sole discretion and without refund, TWOW reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the program anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the program or any other participant / stakeholder.
Disclaimer: TWOW may at any time, with or without giving notice, in its absolute discretion and without giving any reason, change, cancel or postpone the dates of the program activities, change its venue ( online platform or physical locations) or any of the other published particulars, or withdraw any invitation to attend. TWOW will give due notice to its stakeholders and participants to allow for adjustment to the changing circumstances. In any case, neither TWOW nor any of its officers, employees, agents, members or representatives shall be liable for any loss, liability, damage or expense suffered or incurred by any person, nor will they return any money paid to them in connection with the program unless they are satisfied not only that the money in question remains under their control, but also that the person who paid it has been unfairly prejudiced, about which the decision shall be in their sole and unfettered discretion and, when announced, final and conclusive.
Force Majeure: TWOW shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the platforms or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of TWOW or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, TWOW may postpone, reschedule or cancel the program without liability on the part of TWOW. In the event the program cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, TWOW shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred.
