The Program – TILE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM is designed for leaders aspiring for greater heights- both men and women within the
Corporate, Public sector, Government, Business and Development sectors. These leaders will have the privilege of taking a 3-month flexible
approach program designed for busy leaders. They will undergo strategic sessions with technical experts in the various sectors and engage with mentors who are high achievers from various spheres of influence globally. The result is to develop Value based leaders

● who are problem solvers and wealth creators
● who will add value to their institutions having acquired an entrepreneurial growth mindset and skills
● who will have unlocked and developed their leadership skills that are relevant for continental & future growth starting from their

Each Fellow will leave the Program with their Impact Transformation Growth plan called the TILE-GP (Growth Plan)
